توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق الهاوي («الهاوي» أو «نحن»)، سوق المزادات والبيع المباشر في المملكة العربية السعودية، وكيف نستخدمها ونشاركها ونحميها، والخيارات المتاحة لك. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على ما ورد في هذه السياسة. This policy explains what data the AlHawii app ("AlHawii", "we") — an auction and Buy Now marketplace in Saudi Arabia — collects, how we use, share and protect it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

١. البيانات التي نجمعها1. Data we collect

بيانات الحسابAccount data

رقم الجوال ورمز الدولة (نستخدمه لتسجيل الدخول برمز التحقق)، واسمك، ولغتك المفضّلة، وبريدك الإلكتروني إن اخترت إضافته. Your mobile number and country code (used for one-time-code sign-in), your name, your preferred language, and your email address if you choose to add one.

عناوين الشحنShipping addresses

العناوين التي تحفظها وفق العنوان الوطني السعودي، بما فيها اسم المستلم ورقم جواله. تُحفظ نسخة من العنوان المختار مع كل طلب. The Saudi National Addresses you save, including the recipient's name and phone number. A copy of the chosen address is kept with each order.

بيانات الاستلام البنكيPayout details

رقم الآيبان واسم صاحب الحساب، عند إضافتهما لسحب رصيد محفظتك. Your IBAN and account holder name, when you add them to withdraw your wallet balance.

نشاطك في السوقMarketplace activity

إعلاناتك وصورها، ومزايداتك، وطلباتك ومشترياتك، وحركات محفظتك وطلبات السحب والاسترداد، والعناصر المحفوظة والتذكيرات، والبائعين الذين تتابعهم، والفئات التي تهتم بها. Your listings and their photos, your bids, your orders and purchases, your wallet movements, withdrawal and refund requests, saved items and reminders, the sellers you follow and the categories you are interested in.

بيانات الدفعPayment data

لا نخزّن أرقام بطاقاتك أبدًا. تتم المدفوعات عبر مزوّد الدفع، ونحتفظ فقط بطريقة الدفع (مثل مدى أو Apple Pay)، ومراجع العملية، والمبلغ، ورقم البطاقة مُقنَّعًا كما يرسله المزوّد. We never store your card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we keep only the payment method (for example Mada or Apple Pay), transaction references, the amount, and the masked card number as returned by the provider.

البث المباشر والمحادثةLive streams and chat

عندما تبدأ بثًا مباشرًا، تُنقل الصورة والصوت من جهازك إلى المشاهدين لحظيًا، ولا نسجّل البث. نحفظ رسائل المحادثة في البث المباشر والبلاغات التي ترسلها، وقرارات الحظر والكتم. When you go live, video and audio from your device are delivered to viewers in real time; we do not record streams. We store live chat messages, reports you submit, and block and mute actions.

طلبات الدعمSupport requests

رسائلك إلى فريق الدعم ووسيلة التواصل التي تقدّمها. Messages you send to our support team and the contact details you provide.

بيانات الجهاز والاستخدامDevice and usage data

معرّف الإشعارات الخاص بجهازك، وأحداث استخدام التطبيق (مثل فتح فئة أو بدء الدفع) مرتبطة بمعرّف حسابك لتحسين التطبيق، وعنوان IP لأغراض الأمان والحد من إساءة الاستخدام. لا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات ولا نتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى. Your device's push notification identifier, app usage events (such as opening a category or starting checkout) linked to your account ID to improve the app, and your IP address for security and abuse prevention. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

٢. كيف نستخدم بياناتك2. How we use your data

• إنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك والتحقق من رقمك.To create your account, sign you in and verify your number.
• تشغيل المزادات والشراء الفوري والبث المباشر.To run auctions, Buy Now sales and live streams.
• معالجة المدفوعات وحفظ المبالغ في الضمان وتحويل أرباح البائعين والاستردادات.To process payments, hold funds in escrow, and pay out seller earnings and refunds.
• شحن الطلبات إلى عنوانك وعرض حالة التتبع.To ship orders to your address and show tracking status.
• إرسال إشعارات ورسائل نصية وبريد إلكتروني متعلقة بحسابك ومعاملاتك.To send notifications, SMS and emails about your account and transactions.
• مراجعة الإعلانات، ومعالجة البلاغات، ومنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام.To review listings, handle reports, and prevent fraud and abuse.
• الرد على طلبات الدعم وتحسين التطبيق.To answer support requests and improve the app.
• الالتزام بالأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.To comply with applicable Saudi laws and regulations.

٣. ما يراه المستخدمون الآخرون3. What other users can see

• اسمك المعروض كبائع، ومحتوى إعلاناتك وصورها، وعدد متابعيك.Your display name as a seller, your listings and their photos, and your follower count.
• في سجل المزايدات يظهر اسمك مختصرًا (الاسم الأول وأول حرف من اسم العائلة) فقط.In bid history your name is shown shortened (first name and last initial) only.
• بثّك المباشر ورسائلك في المحادثة يراها مشاهدو البث.Your live stream and your chat messages are visible to the stream's viewers.

لا يرى المستخدمون الآخرون رقم جوالك أو بريدك أو بياناتك البنكية. يحصل البائع على عنوان الشحن الخاص بطلبه فقط لغرض التوصيل. Other users never see your phone number, email or bank details. A seller sees the buyer's shipping address for their own order only, for delivery.

٤. مع من نشارك بياناتك4. Who we share data with

لا نبيع بياناتك. نشارك ما يلزم فقط مع مزوّدي خدمات يعملون نيابةً عنا: We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with service providers acting on our behalf:

• MyFatoorah — معالجة المدفوعات (مدى، Apple Pay، STC Pay، البطاقات).MyFatoorah — payment processing (Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, cards).
• RedBox — توصيل الطلبات (اسم المستلم وجواله وعنوانه).RedBox — order delivery (recipient name, phone and address).
• Msegat — إرسال رموز التحقق برسائل نصية (رقم الجوال).Msegat — sending verification codes by SMS (phone number).
• OneSignal — إرسال الإشعارات إلى جهازك.OneSignal — delivering push notifications to your device.
• Google — تحليلات استخدام التطبيق (Firebase Analytics) وإرسال البريد الإلكتروني.Google — app usage analytics (Firebase Analytics) and sending email.
• Agora — نقل البث المباشر بالصوت والصورة.Agora — delivering live video and audio streams.
• Amazon Web Services — استضافة الخوادم وتخزين الصور.Amazon Web Services — server hosting and photo storage.

وقد نفصح عن البيانات إذا طلبتها جهة رسمية مختصة وفق النظام، أو لحماية حقوق مستخدمينا وسلامتهم. We may also disclose data when required by a competent authority under applicable law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

٥. أذونات الجهاز5. Device permissions

• الكاميرا والميكروفون — فقط عندما تبدأ بثًا مباشرًا.Camera and microphone — only when you start a live stream.
• الصور — لاختيار صور إعلانك.Photos — to pick photos for your listing.
• الإشعارات — لإبلاغك بالمزايدات والطلبات.Notifications — to alert you about bids and orders.

يمكنك إيقاف أي إذن في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك. You can turn off any permission at any time in your device settings.

٦. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات6. How long we keep data

• نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ما دام حسابك قائمًا.We keep your account data for as long as your account exists.
• تُحذف رسائل محادثة البث المباشر بعد ٩٠ يومًا، إلا إذا كانت مرتبطة ببلاغ قيد المراجعة.Live chat messages are deleted after 90 days, unless they are part of a report under review.
• لا يُسجَّل البث المباشر ولا يُحتفظ به.Live streams are not recorded or kept.
• عند حذف حسابك، يُوقف الدخول فورًا، ويمكن استعادته عبر الدعم خلال ٣٠ يومًا، ثم تُمحى بياناتك الشخصية (الاسم، والبريد، والجوال، والآيبان، والعناوين، والإشعارات).When you delete your account, sign-in is blocked immediately; it can be restored through support within 30 days, after which your personal data (name, email, phone, IBAN, addresses, notifications) is erased.
• نحتفظ بالسجلات المالية (الطلبات والمدفوعات وحركات المحفظة والمزايدات) بعد حذف الحساب بصيغة لا تحمل بياناتك الشخصية، لأن الأنظمة تلزمنا بذلك.Financial records (orders, payments, wallet movements and bids) are kept after deletion, without your personal details, because the law requires it.

٧. حقوقك وخياراتك7. Your rights and choices

• التعديل: عدّل اسمك وبريدك وعناوينك وبياناتك البنكية ولغتك واهتماماتك من الإعدادات.Correct: edit your name, email, addresses, bank details, language and interests in Settings.
• الحذف: احذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب.Delete: delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete Account.
• الاطلاع: اطلب نسخة من بياناتك بمراسلة الدعم.Access: request a copy of your data by contacting support.
• الإشعارات: أوقف الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك.Notifications: turn notifications off in your device settings.

نتعامل مع بياناتك وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية. We handle your data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

٨. أمان البيانات8. Security

تُنقل البيانات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مشفّرة، وتُخزَّن رموز التحقق ورموز الجلسات مشفّرة (مُجزّأة)، ولا نخزّن بيانات البطاقات. ولا يمكن لأي نظام أن يضمن أمانًا مطلقًا، لكننا نعمل على حماية بياناتك باستمرار. Data between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit, verification codes and session tokens are stored hashed, and we never store card data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

٩. الأطفال9. Children

التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون ١٨ عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا علمت أن قاصرًا أنشأ حسابًا فتواصل معنا لحذفه. The app is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

١٠. التغييرات على هذه السياسة10. Changes to this policy

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه، ونبلغك داخل التطبيق عند وجود تغيير جوهري. We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and let you know in the app about any significant change.
